I dug around and found a small front fender that was not quite the right radius so I took it to the english wheel and formed it to the right fit of the tire.
Once I could mount it then it was onto making the pieces for the front and rear areas.
Just the top to put on it here and this is the last piece I have to make. Glad to be at this point now.
Now thats finally done and I think I captured the idea I had in mind.
Now all the pieces are gone to Zeke to work do his thing and smooth it all out and give it an awesome paint job!
Last but certianly not least are the handle bars. We bent up some pieces and made sure that the bars would be the right length, width and height for Tim on the bike. Then I took the mock up bars to a friend of mine, Sean at Sean's Non-stock-Customs, and asked him to make these up for me. They are double bends in the uprights and meeting down in between the risers on the trees. They have a satin black powdercoating. Nice!! They look great with the dual master cylinders and will have Gothic style mirror on the top. All wiring is indside. Very clean.
